Brittany Brunskill (Regina)

Brittany founded Wellness on the Way largely due to her passion for showing and teaching others how to improve their quality of life in a way they enjoy and will sustain.  Brittany's expertise ranges from novice lifestyle training to high Performance Athletic Training, having the ability to meet the needs of those individuals regardless of their background or goals.

Another of Brittany’s passions is developing and watching young athlete’s growing strong in every respect of their game. Therefore she has expanded Wellness on the Way to include a training centre focused on kids from the ages 7 and older.

Brittany graduated high school in Regina at Winston Knoll Collegiate, and has successfully completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, with a major in Fitness and Lifestyle from the University of Regina. She is also a former member of the University of Regina Cougars Women’s Hockey Team.  It’s not surprising a few of Brittany’s hobbies include weight training, kettlebell training, coaching hockey, golf and spending time with her family and friends.

Scott Warren (Vancouver Island)

Scott has a tremendous amount of experience in fitness, and in coaching and leadership in many areas.  As a member of the RCMP Scott has been a member of the Emergency Response Teams both in Toronto (Team leader) and on Vancouver Island.  To go along with his Personal Training Specialist Certification, Scott also has a tactical training business and loves to incorporate this type of training into his clients' workouts.  With an incredible ability to motivate his clients and unique training styles Scott is a highly sought after motivator and instructor.

Always studying up and coming training tools and techniques, Scott has many tools in his back pocket to continuously give you new and exciting workouts.  Some of Scott's clients see him monthly for workouts to do on their own, others meet with him multiple times per week to be continually pushed and motivated.

Scott, a father of 4 enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, reading and participating in many forms of exercise.
